A Health Sheet MUST be completed before you receive your training programme. Programmes will not be sent if you need Doctors Permission Before starting an Exercise Programme of any kind. RoCKBoDZ advices everyone to consult their Doctor before starting Exercise. RoCKBoDZ takes No responsiblily for any injurys while training with us. It is up to the individual to train carefully and wisely.
 
A lot of injuries happen when a person is getting in and out of an exercise or piece of equipment. Not while they are executing the movement .Bear this in mind when you are training.
