Yay the Weekend

      
Coming to the end of another week.
Its been a week with a few challenges but managed to achieve a lot.
Yesterday I went and trained at  a gym in town. It was not the kind of gym I would want to join.
The heaviest dumbell was a 10kg, way to light for advanced training.
There was no barbells of any kind anywhere.
The machines that they did have where limited. I think there was only 6 weight machines.
These machines were set up in circuit style and I had to change exercise every 40 seconds or the lady behind me would get annoyed.
