Inspiration at the highest level

In that one moment

In that one moment it is all worth it

When you have a child with extra needs it takes a lot of effort to make sure they have what they need and do what they need to do to help them grow and be all that they can be.
We do this with all children but when it comes to a child with a disability it does take a conscious effort to make sure you do the extra work.
With Eva I have to make time for her workouts which include strengthening her quads and abs, stretching out the hamstrings and working on the flexion through her feet.

Being Inspired

What a Beautiful start to spring.
The weekend was wonderful, relaxing around the house, tiding up the gardens, cleaning the car and chilling out with my children.

This week I have focused on trying to enjoy the beautiful sunny weather and getting out for a fatburning walk most days.
I have stuck to mostly flat routes as Im having trouble with the arthritis in my hips.
I have found a nice course to walk that takes me approximately 55 mins. Once I hit the flat part I can pick up my pace and sweat it out.
